Carlos Abadi  has established himself as a prominent figure in financial advisory, restructuring, and engineering.

Currently serving as the Managing Director of DecisionBoundaries LLC, an international boutique financial advisory firm, Carlos oversees practices encompassing litigation support, financial restructuring, and financial engineering. His adept leadership has propelled DecisionBoundaries LLC to the forefront of the industry.

Carlos's  career includes notable roles such as Independent Director at Village Roadshow Entertainment Group, where he contributes his expertise as a member of the Restructuring Special Committee. Additionally, his tenure as a Board Member for Refco Litigation Trust and Refco Private Actions Trust showcased his prowess in navigating complex multi-district litigations, ultimately securing settlements that facilitated full recovery for creditors.

Prior to his current roles, Carlos served as CEO of ACGM, Inc., where he managed broker-dealer operations with a focus on emerging markets debt trading and cross-border advisory work. His leadership was instrumental in solidifying ACGM, Inc.'s reputation as a trusted entity in the financial sector.

Carlos's academic background is equally impressive, having earned a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Universidad De Buenos Aires followed by an MBA in Finance from Cornell University Graduate School.
